It was almost a year ago that we took the first serious steps to a lasting improvement to our health with Fit Perfectly. We had tried gyms, purchased exercise equipment etc in the past but none of it was sustainable. Time was the issue....there was always something more important that needed doing. Well it's a year on and we have stuck to our weekly personal trainer sessions with Amanda. We have noticed a huge improvement in our physical fitness levels as well as our core body strength. Amanda varies the workouts to keep things interesting as well as "raising the bar" on our fitness levels. We intend to continue our sessions and look forward to the continuing benefits that the training sessions give. "Fitperfectly " training does exactly that for us. Thanks Amanda.

Amanda has been my partner & my Personal Trainer since Feb 07. Amanda for the first 6 months was a once a week hour session. I am now meeting with Amanda twice a week.
When I started I could run ¼ of a lap of the oval. Within 6 months, once a week, Amanda is now getting me to do 4 laps. This from someone who admitted on my assessment I hated running. I still hate it but now I can run.
My goal when I started with Amanda was to walk up a flight of stairs without having to stop to catch my breath or coughing my lunge up, especially as I don’t smoke. I wanted to walk up the stairs instead of being tempted by that elevator. I wanted to loose weight and be able to keep it off. Which I have accomplished.
My partner’s goal was general fitness. He is skinny enough already. Just wanted to tone up and keep fit.
It’s AMAZING!! The feeling you get when you take your pants in 4 times in 8 weeks.
I have tried so many diets. Weight Watchers for eg. I didn’t have time for the meetings and the second I didn’t count my points I put weight back on.
Amanda is brilliant. Amanda encourages you & doesn’t make you feel its all you. Doesn’t judge you, just shows you what you are capable of and how much you have improved.
With Amanda it’s different. Amanda fits in with my schedule. You can admit to Amanda you ate that chocolate. Amanda helps you realise that before it goes in your mouth think about what you are doing. Its not just food filling up the gap or boredom. Food can taste great, be quick and simple and give you heaps of energy.
My excuse/reason was I’m too busy. I don’t have the time. I’ll worry about it later.
With Amanda I want to make the time. I haven’t had a training session yet where I didn’t laugh. Don’t get me wrong, I still complain throughout the workout, trying to bargain my way out of everything.
If it weren’t for Amanda I wouldn’t push myself. I would give up when I’m tired or just as it starts to hurt. With Amanda’s encouragement I keep going and it’s not that bad.
I’ve lost weight around my thighs, my waist & improved my cardio, breathing & posture. I’m also a lot stronger now too.
If I can work 50-60 hour weeks, maintain a house & cook dinner etc you can to.
I’ve watched daytime TV. I’ve seen the ads. I have heaps of unused gym equipment at home. I’ve been there done that; when you only just fit into chairs, not sure if your ass will fit into that gap on the seat on the train. Not being able to keep up with your kids. Embarrassed to go swimming. Having to move the chairs between tables to fit through. The lectures from Mum.
Now I’m doing something about it and I feel great. I still have work to do but I’ve maintained a healthier weight for over 6 months and I’ve never been able to do that before.

I went from a 16-18 on my way to a 20 with my thighs & butt, to now, Thank God, back to a 14-16. Amanda is friendly, easy going & flexible to your schedule. I am so happy after just 6 months I have increased my sessions to twice a week.
Now 6 months sounds like a long time but it’s only 24 sessions & even then I missed some. I’m stronger, I can breath & I can now run & catch my train.
